RMA & Return Policy

 

1. RMA

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our RMA department and is required for ALL returns. RMA units must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

2. Return Policies and Procedures

1. Customer must contact KaleidoNet directly to arrange for a return, refund, or exchange of an item they purchased

2  Customer must contact KaleidoNet directly to report the defect or damage within 7 days of receipt of the shipment

3. Prior to shipping a return, customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from KaleidoNet

4. Customer must clearly print the RMA number on the return address label,

5. Customer must return the item to the address from which it was originally shipped

6. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to KaleidoNet

7. Customers should ship the returns with a traceable shipping service

8. In the case of a product exchange, replacement will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after a return is processed

 

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the copy of invoice, serial number intact, and all components, manuals included.  Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.

 

2.1 30 days money back guarantee

1. New, unopened items may be returned by the customer for a 100% refund or exchange

*. The return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of KaleidoNet original shipment

2. There is 15% restocking fee in the following cases:

-  Item returned for exchange or refund does not exhibit the customer's complaint

-  Item returned for exchange or refund is not returned in original condition

-  No returned for exchange or refund will be issued 30 days after KaleidoNet original shipment

 

2.2 Refund Policies and Procedures

1. Refunds on approved returns will only be issued to the credit card that made the original purchase

2. Refunds will be issued within 3 – 5 business days after a return is processed
