RMA & Return Policy

We are an authorized reseller and have staff on hand who can help with technical issues. Outside of exchanges, we defer all RMA/Warranty work to their respective companies. 

 

Return Policies and Procedures

  • Customer must contact KaleidoNet directly to arrange for a return, refund, or exchange of an item they purchased
  • Customer must report the defect or damage within 7 days of receipt of the shipment
  • Prior to shipping a return, customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from KaleidoNet
  • Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to KaleidoNet
  • In the case of a product exchange, replacement will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after a return is processed

Returns:

  • Customer must clearly show the RMA number, write on the packing box or shipping label
  • It's always recommended to ship the returns with a traceable shipping service, just for security
  • All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the copy of invoice, serial number intact, and all components, manuals included.
  • Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.

Refunds:

  • New, unopened items may be returned by the customer for a 100% refund or exchange
  • The return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of deliveried
  • There is 15% restocking fee if item returned for exchange or refund is not returned in original condition
  • No returned for exchange or refund will be issued 30 days after deliveried

Refund Policies:

  • Refunds on approved returns will only be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be issued within 3 – 5 business days after a return is processed

KaleidoNet reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer.
