1. Must complete the RMA form with detailed problem of the products provided.
2. All request serial numbers must match with the original invoice.
3. RMA number is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to call if NO RMA# or response was received
after 24 hours.
